Logos Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. General.
By joining the Logos Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). This agreement is between Faithlife, LLC dba Logos (“Logos”, “we”, “our”), and the individual or entity participating in the Logos Affiliate Program ("Affiliate" or "you").

These Terms supplement Logos Terms of Services located at: https://www.logos.com/terms (“TOS”). You agree to be bound by the TOS in addition to these Terms. These Terms will control in the event there is any conflict between the TOS and these Terms.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. The date on which these Terms were last amended is shown above. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply thereafter. Your continued enrollment in the program following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

a. “Logos Affiliate Program” is the system which partners can earn commission through tracked Logos sales
b. “Logos Credit” means earnings that can be exclusively used for Logos.com purchases
c. “Commission” means earned money through tracked affiliate sales on Logos.com
d. “Affiliate Dashboard” is the website which affiliates login to access their affiliate statistics, available campaigns, and additional affiliate information
e. “Logos Forum” is the discussion boards on community.logos.com
f. “Faithlife groups” is the group platform available for churches on faithlife.com

2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program.
To enroll in the Logos Affiliate Program, you must complete the online application available on our website and thereby agree to the Terms outlined in this agreement. If you were invited and added to the program by a Logos employee, then by continuing to participate in the program you agree to the Terms outlined in this agreement. To qualify for the program, you must have met the program eligibility requirements as determined by Logos in its sole discretions and be over 18 years of age. Participants or organization contacts must use their real names and contact information.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. While we attempt to respond to applications within 30 days, we do not guarantee that we will do so.

3. Commissions and Payouts.
You will be eligible to earn a commission for qualified sales tracked through your unique affiliate links. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount (which excludes taxes and returns) and are subject to change at our discretion. Commission rates and payment schedules will be outlined in your Affiliate Dashboard. You understand and agree that the commission rates and payment schedules set forth in your Affiliate Dashboard are individual to you based on a variety of factors as determined by Logos in its sole discretion. By participating in the Logos Affiliate Program, you agree to the commission rates and payment schedules set forth in your Affiliate Dashboard. Your sole remedy should you disagree with the commission rates and payments schedules set by Logos is withdrawal from the Logos Affiliate Program. You will not share your individual commission rates and payments schedules with any other person or entity without our prior written permission.

Payouts will be made in USD via check mailed to the contact information provided by you or PayPal for affiliates outside of the USA. Logos shall have no liability or obligation to you for payouts sent to the wrong address or account as a result of you supplying inaccurate contact information. A minimum threshold of $50 USD must be reached before a payout is issued. Any amount under $50 will be rolled over to the next month’s commission. If you’ve earned a commission that’s under $50 in a month, you may choose to receive your commission as Logos Credit (which will be double the cash value).

You may receive your commission as Logos Credit, which will be paid out as double the cash commission value. Logos Credit can only be used on Logos store websites and cannot be applied as payment plan payments. You can elect to receive your commission as Logos Credit by emailing partnerships@logos.com. If you do not elect to receive your commission as Logos Credit, commissions will be paid as set forth above. Once a payout has been made, you can longer elect to receive that payout as Logos Credit or convert that payout into Logos Credit.

In order to receive commission, you must fill out the appropriate tax form which can be found in the Affiliate Dashboard.

4. Marketing and Promotion.
You may promote Logos Bible Software using the marketing materials provided by Logos or through custom promotional content subject to our prior written approval. While we attempt to respond to requests for approval for custom promotional content in a timely manner, you may not use the custom promotional content until we have provided a response; our failure to respond does not constitute approval.

Promotions must be made through appropriate channels owned by you and comply with all applicable rules and policies that may govern your channels. You may not promote your affiliate link through the Logos Forum, Faithlife Group, or any official Logos social media account. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site, for all materials that appear on your site, and for complying with all applicable rules, policies and laws that may govern your site.

Prohibited marketing activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, false advertising, unauthorized use of intellectual property or anything that would violate the Acceptable Use Policy set forth in the TOS.

The promotion of Logos may not coincide with illegal, inappropriate, or unethical content. You may not use the program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the program, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You may not claim to be an authorized representative, official spokesperson, or endorsed by Logos in any way. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate you from the Logos Affiliate Program if your content does not align with Logos’s values and mission as determined at our sole discretion.

5. Tracking and Reporting.
We will provide you with access to an Affiliate Dashboard where you can track clicks, conversions, and commissions earned. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted and functional.

We will only pay a commission on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems.

For our systems to track the commission sale, the visitor must have cookies enabled. We are not obligated to pay a commission on sales not tracked in our system. Our affiliate program should allow for a 30-day cookie tracking window, but that is subject to change.

Logos reserves the right to disqualify purchases we suspect were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. You will not be entitled to any commission on disqualified purchases. You agree to provide information and assistance to Logos to investigate purchases made through your affiliate links. Failure to assist Logos with any investigation we deem appropriate may result in your suspension or termination in the Logos Affiliate Program.

6. License to Intellectual Property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Logos trademarks and promotional materials solely to promote Logos per these Terms. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

You grant Logos a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to custom promotional content approved for use by Logos. Logos may use the customer promotional content for any reason to promote Logo’s values, mission and services.

7. Termination.
Either party may terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Logos Affiliate Program at any time by email, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions; any outstanding commissions not yet paid may be forfeited unless the termination is by Logos without cause.

8. Governing Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to the conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction regarding any dispute will rest in the courts within Whatcom County, Washington.
